Terms and Conditions for 14pkr – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions form the complete agreement between you and 14pkr regarding your use of the platform. They apply to every aspect of the service — account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, game play, sports betting and any other activity conducted through a 14pkr account.

Using the platform in any capacity constitutes acceptance of these terms in full. If you access 14pkr on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their authority to agree to these terms on their behalf and that they are also bound by them.

These terms are in addition to any specific rules published for individual promotions, games or sports betting markets. Where a specific rule conflicts with a general term, the specific rule applies to that context.

2. Account Registration

To place bets, play games or make withdrawals on 14pkr, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

14pkr reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account without detailed explanation where there are reasonable grounds to do so in line with these terms.

3. Identity Verification

As part of the account management process, 14pkr may at any point request that you verify your identity before processing withdrawals or continuing to use the platform. This is a standard requirement for online gaming platforms and is not targeted at any specific individual.

Documents that may be requested:

• Government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement)

4. Deposits and Payments

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be made from your 14pkr account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account or method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Any active bonus balance must meet its wagering requirement before the associated funds can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits can be withdrawn independently of active bonuses, but doing so will result in the active bonus being cancelled.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• 14pkr reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending additional verification checks where there are reasonable grounds to do so.

Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard clearing timelines. 14pkr does not charge withdrawal fees on its side, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

6. Bonus and Promotions Terms

14pkr offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise.

Wagering requirements:

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, a 30x requirement on a PKR 2,000 bonus means PKR 60,000 in total wagers must be placed using the bonus before withdrawal is available. Each promotion page displays the applicable wagering requirement clearly.

Time limits:

All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated time limit are forfeited automatically. Time limits start from the point the bonus is credited to your account, not from when you first use it.

Eligibility:

All slot and casino game outcomes on 14pkr are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG ensures that each spin or game round is completely independent of previous rounds and that no pattern of play, timing or staking strategy can influence the outcome.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for individual games represent theoretical long-run averages across millions of game rounds and across all players. They are not a prediction of what any individual player will receive in any specific session.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — such as a connection loss, server error or display error — the round may be voided and the stake returned to your account. 8. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 14pkr covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), football, Esports and other markets. The following general rules apply.

Bet placement:

• Bets are confirmed at the time of placement at the odds displayed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended.
• 14pkr reserves the right to void a bet placed after an event has started or after material information affecting the outcome has been made public, where the odds had not yet been adjusted to reflect that information.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

Event settlement:

• Cricket bets are settled on official match results as declared by the governing body (PCB for domestic events, ICC for international events).
• If a match is abandoned, reduced-over results and DLS method outcomes are honoured where the match has a declared official result. Bets on abandoned matches with no official result are voided and stakes returned.
• Football bets are settled on the official result at the end of 90 minutes plus added time, unless the market is specifically described as including extra time or penalties.
• Esports bets are settled on the official result declared by the tournament organiser.

14pkr reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time and to void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, pricing errors or other integrity concerns.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 14pkr. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of balances.

• Registering more than one account on the platform under any circumstances
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform in any way
• Engaging in arbitrage betting specifically designed to exploit bonus offers or promotional terms
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the benefit of another person using your account
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software errors for financial gain
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that have been obtained fraudulently
• Sharing account access with other individuals
• Making false, misleading or defamatory statements about 14pkr on any platform

If 14pkr reasonably suspects that any of the above activities are occurring, the relevant account or accounts may be suspended immediately pending investigation. The decision to suspend an account under these circumstances is at 14pkr's discretion.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

14pkr may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false identity information during registration or verification
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or payment manipulation
• At the account holder's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or closure)
• Where continued operation of the account would conflict with the platform's responsible gaming obligations

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balances in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that have not been involved in the breach will be returned to the account holder by the original deposit method following a review period.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting 14pkr support. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the agreed exclusion period.

11. Responsible Gaming
